Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 88xx

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88xx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://88xx.pro and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, promotional offers, and payment processing services available to players in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English version, which shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

88xx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the platform will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 88xx, you must register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 (Age Restriction) and who are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 88xx. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88xx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

2.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your 88xx login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted via your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to the platform immediately upon discovery.

88xx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 88xx that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

88xx applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. KYC document requests are sent via email to the registered address. Failure to complete KYC within the stated deadline may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

3. Age Restriction

88xx is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money game or betting market on the platform. This requirement applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 88xx reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently suspended, all deposits will be returned to the relevant payment method, and any winnings will be forfeited.

88xx takes underage gambling seriously. If you become aware of a minor attempting to use the platform, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant authorities relating to underage gambling.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88xx are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 88xx is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 88xx account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited. 88xx does not charge any processing fee on standard BDT deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 88xx account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours will be processed during the next available processing window.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing a withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification (see Section 2.4). Additionally, any bonus funds attached to your account must have met their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Requests to withdraw real-money funds that are not associated with active bonus obligations will be processed without wagering conditions.

4.4 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit transaction where funds have been debited from your payment method but not credited to your 88xx account balance, you must contact [email protected] within 24 hours with transaction reference details. 88xx will investigate and resolve confirmed discrepancies within 3 business days.

5. Bonus Terms

88xx offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the offer communication. The wagering requirement multiplier applies to the bonus amount received, not the total account balance. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 across eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming typically contribute 100% of stake value toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Where bonus abuse is detected, 88xx reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the associated account(s).

5.5 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Calendar Promotions

88xx offers special promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season cricket betting bonuses, Eid deposit bonuses, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) free spin offers, and Victory Day (16 December) and Independence Day (26 March) promotions. These campaigns are subject to their own specific terms communicated at the time of launch and are available for a limited period only.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on 88xx, you agree to the following obligations at all times during the operation of your account:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage.
• You will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any jurisdiction applicable to you.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any software, content, or intellectual property belonging to 88xx.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, harvest data, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• You will not engage in collusion with other players, share inside information relating to sporting events, or attempt in any way to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• You will not use a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to disguise your geographic location or to access 88xx from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
• You will not deposit funds into your 88xx account using a payment method registered in another person's name, and you will not request withdrawals to a third-party payment method.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 88xx account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus fund balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period from your account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your 88xx login will be disabled, all promotional communications will be suspended, and no new deposits will be accepted. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. 7.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

88xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected or confirmed.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated without a valid basis.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by the platform due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, 88xx reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety. In all other platform-initiated closures, real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method subject to verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

88xx provides its platform services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

8.1 No Liability for Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88xx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. You acknowledge that all real-money wagering is conducted at your own risk.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on 88xx use certified random number generators (RNG) from their respective third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. 88xx does not modify game outcomes, RTP settings, or paytable structures beyond what is provided by the game studios. The platform accepts no responsibility for any alleged malfunction of a game studio's software; in the event of a confirmed technical fault during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered in good faith based on information available at the time of market creation. 88xx reserves the right to void, suspend, or adjust odds on any market where the integrity of the event is in question, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the event has been affected by circumstances outside the platform's control (including but not limited to: match abandonment, player disqualification, weather cancellation, or score correction). Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's account balance.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal framework. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88xx platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. 88xx's decisions on matters relating to bonus interpretation, bet settlement, and account status are final where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated at the point of offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88xx with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
